Ok, I'm going to try out the new leverevolution ammo in my Marlin 30-30 336. I don't have the time to do a 100yrd zero and was wondering if anyone on here was shooting this ammo and, if so, where does your rifle shoot at 50 yrds? Also, let me know how you are zero'd at 100 yrds.(dead on, 2" high, etc...)

I have a 336W 30 30 that I only shoot Leverevolution out of it. First of all you made the best choice of ammo for your rifle. When I am dead on at 50 yards, I am about 2" high at 100 yards. The longest shot I would take at my spot is 100 yards, but 2" high at 100 would leave me at 1" low at 200. I would sight in dead on at 50 yards and you will be ready to go! Remember, we are trying to hit a pie plate sized target to kill a deer, so sight in dead on and feel confident you will be a hair high at 100. Leverevolution is the BEST stuff shooting out of my 336W

Good Luck!

Dead on @ 50 and you SHOULD be OK @ 100 but you should shoot to make sure every rifle is different.

I'am
1/2 H @ 50
1 3/4" @ 100
-6 give or take a little @ 200

I got the rifle zero'd this morning at 50. (dead nuts) The Leverevolution printed 1/2" groups at that range. My thinking was that starting out 1.5" below the line of sight, being dead on at 50 would produce a grouping 1.5 to 2.0" high at 100. Your data certainly proves this. I'll get an opportunity to try it at 100 yrds early next week but, I'm now confident that I'm good to go to 200 as is.

Thanks again !

No problem, the Leverevolution is one the great innovations in factory ammo history. I love it!
