.410 Rifling

I have a single shot .410 that I would like to have the barrel rifled.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is entailed in this process? How much I should expect to spend on it?

I think you would have to have one custom made. I'm no smith, but i don't think that you would have enough of a wall to cut in rifling. You also have to consider the choke too.
