But holy crap I'm tired!

300 yard shot. Poor shot. But I found blood and didnt give up. It doesn't always work out like we plan.

Main frame 8 with a brow tine kicker on his left side.

Do you think I did a good job caping him? (kidding - was just trying to get the head cut off and did't have a saw handy)

Followed a strong blood trail for 200 yards. Couldn't figure out how he was still going. Then the blood trail got weaker. Eventually it was down to pin drops ever 3 or 4 feet. On my hands and knees. I lost it completely and was following disturbed leaves and picked it up again 200 yards away... pure luck.
