.38 special loads?

Anyone have a good practice load? I got a Smith model 642 airweight so I ordered up 500 meister cast 158SWC and was just wondering what powder yall are burning and how much?

I use the 158 Hornady SWC and 3 grs Bullseye,,shoots really good in our 442,,you could back off some from that,but it hits where the fixed sights are pointed with that load,,
