I'm loading 38 grains of IMR 4320 mainly because I have at least 12 pounds of it already on hand! I'm using a 210 grain cast bullet from Accurate molds. This is the link to the mold if you want to cast your own:

I'm using a mix of various brands of brass. One because of necessity - 35 Remington brass isn't that easy to come by except for a recent run from Hornady unless you buy up a batch of factory ammo to get brass from. I did buy 200 of the Hornady cases when they became available.
I haven't chronographed the above load but it's supposed to be around 2,000 ft/sec. IMR lists 38.5 gr IMR4320 behind a 200 grain Hornady bullet at 2,020 ft/sec. A cast bullet will always give higher velocity than a jacketed with the same powder charge so I expect that I'm getting at least 2,000. It gives classic expansion like the best of jacketed bullets at both 20 yards and 100 yards in water filled 1 gallon milk jugs. I'm hoping to use it on a deer this year if I can make myself stop watching the huge fields where the 35 Remington isn't the best of choices.

37.0g/IMR3031/200g Corelokt has been my favorite .35 Rem load for many years and has killed a passel of deer...
With your 760 you could load to higher pressures safely. I read a article by Layne Simpson years ago where he did it with a Rem. 760. Got some impressive loads. Around 2300 fps with a 200 gr. Just an idea.
I'm going to try to get 22 or 2300 out of it if possible. I have read the same article. I know that it is a stronger action than a marlin and the loads now days are watered down for the older guns so I will see what I can do with the 760! I have 2 of them also have a 760 carbine 30-06 that I really like.
