35 rem. ammo

As far as walking into most places that sell ammo and finding a box, it has been hard to find all my life and I'm 56. With the internet however, you can usually find it since Hornady came out with their Lever Revolution line of ammo for such cartridges. Even with that being said, if I didn't reload I'd buy 35 Remington ammo in quantities of at least 100 rounds at a time.

Used to find it in Walmart (Remington Corelokt) at will, the last 4 years can't find it.

The price on the Remington went crazy as well.

The Hornady is plentiful online, but I don't like the terminal ballistics nearly as well.
I see the 200gr Corelokts go from $36-$50 a box, which I will not pay. I started reloading for it, but you can no longer get the .358 200gr Corelokt as a component, I'm using Speer 200gr. Roundnose at the moment.

Hornaday Leverolution is easy enough to find mail order from any of the big guys. I bought 200 rounds from Midway last year for under $25 a box. Should be a lifetime supply for me.

The Hornady has been pretty easy for me to find (and shoots best in my gun). Some other types and brands can be found online. There are not tons of choices like some other calibers unless you reload, but the choices available are good. Fun round to shoot and hunt with.

Supposed to be a seasonal run now. I know I have seen it on the shelf at Gander and Harrison Sporting Goods.
