Looks like these are running $75 + tax and shipping online, so let's do $40 FTF or $50 shipped. In great shape but are used. I listed a link to the DNZ website for reference, as well as a retail link.

I live in Dayton but travel frequently to Chattanooga and Knoxville, and also Nashville on occasion

Looks like it will NOT fit your ultralight. Yours apparently has 8x40 screws
