300BO subsonic loads

Anyone have any loads that you could recommend? I have H110 & CFE blackout currently. What bullets? Mainly for plinking.
Looking for any and all advice.
Will be shot out of ar with a 16" barrel and a banish 30.

Here's some loading data for subsonic 300blk. There are several options for those powders. It will depend on the bullets you'll be using. I've used those tables when loading 190gr, 200gr, 208gr, and 220gr. All loads have been subsonic and worked great.

My son is trying to work up something for his 300bo.. using CFE and 180g Berry bullets. Will let you know, unless he blows his gun up, as he knows everything and doesn't need advice

It can be a challenge to get them subsonic, even following the load data. Accurate 1680 is a good powder as well. I finally got H110 to work after a whole lot of fiddling with it. I could get it subsonic, but it didn't want to function. I don't remember the load off the top of my head, but it was with a 190 Sierra Match King.

Ordered hornady sub x 190gns. Looking forward to loading and some quiet plinking.

I'm shooting 190 sub-X's out of a 11.5" barrel using H110. You'll really need to chronograph to get your load right where you want it for your set up.

Bought some factory 190 subx, wouldn't cycle in my ar. Loaded up the 190's that arrived today with cfe black 12.3gns. Cycled fine. No chrono as I was in back yard. I'm gonna load 5 with cfe, lil gun and h110 and chrono them hopefully this weekend. Looking forward to finding a quiet plinker.
