It seems to me that the Ranch and Compact models are mutually exclusive. I don't see a model that offers both. That said, if such a rifle exists, that would be a nice offering. I like their rotary mag.

I have 1 and took my first deer with it this weekend in Ms. They are compact light weight and have virtually no kick. They are a great woods gun, easily out to 150 yards. I load mine with the 110 Barnes getting about 2200 FPS. I also put a Flash Suppressor on mine just to make the barrel a little longer.

Why did you want your barrel to be longer?

I just looks odd to me. It's looks like the barrel is only as long as the stock. Just a visual thing to me. Doesn't shoot no better or no worse with r without it.

a 16"bbl 300 blackout in a bolt gun is an IDEAL first gun for little kids. Heck, even my 13 y/o girl still wants to hunt with it. Lots of good blood trails to follow, very little recoil, and relatively low muzzle blast with the 125g NBT's at 2200 fps.

thanks for the replies . I found two but the total price with scope and rings close to 700.00 each. I had heard h&r had one but not sure they are still making them. I know it hard to get a good gun and scope for much less.

I found a ruger ranch 300blackout for 410.00 out the door price I think I will buy it and put a 2-7 leupold on it.
Nice, that should do the trick

the one and only "ImThere"

H110 or W296 is my go to powder for this round. Accurate 5744 is also good but pricey. If u want to make your own brass there r some good Youtube videos on how to do it.
