300 wsm reloading

Im wanting to reload 180 grain rem cor lokt bullets i need some advice on powder weights

61 grain of Viht N550 is the accuracy load in the Nosler book.

I can't help with the 180's, but in 3 different 300 wsm's the 150's sure did shine with RL-17.

Did you reload the cor lokts? I guess i could shoot a 150 just for some reason i think i need a 180 lol I just have bought the gun, its a savage mdl 11 with acutrigger and all. As of right now im shooting winchester super x 300 wsm cxp3 and i can nearly hide 4 shots behind a quarter so im thinking about just leaving well enough alone

No, just the Barnes tsx.

If I recall I was getting around 3,325 fps with RL-17 around 69 gr. I'll have to look at my notes to be sure.

Start @ 65gr and go up.

No help here with 180g, but a good load for 165g Nosler Partition bullets:
65g IMR 4350
CCI-250
Should see a MV of about 3100fps.
