300 meter match Saturday

Trying to decide which bbl to shoot..the 12 twist with 80s shoots pretty dang good but in this weather at 300 shooting score I think I'll shoot the 7.83 twist with Barts 103 Hammers..

Shooting back to back groups in the 5/8ths inch range at 300 today but idk what will happen Saturday.

Yeah..had a right to left wind on 1st target and it died and had a mirage floating the target on the 2nd..

I'd take wind over mirage any day..

What's your method for dealing with mirage? Back off the magnification?

What's your method for dealing with mirage? Back off the magnification?

My scopes a straight 42x NF....I usually try and wait for some wind to knock it down .but if I have to shoot in it I try and hold the bottom of the bounce and just hope for the best..but I nearly always lose shots high when I have to shoot it

I shot 7 or 8 Nines and 4 or 5 Elevens and the rest Tens,,I didnt shoot any Eights and thats what did it,,couple guys shooting 6PPCs and 68s had shots blow off the sighter on the score bulls,
