.300 Blackout build

Today, I ordered parts to start a .300 blackout build from scratch (I'll use a pre-assembled bolt). What I haven't decided on yet is the general look. There are a few different "looks" to these guns. I'm leaning toward a carbine length handguard and A2 sight just for something different. What's my purpose for this thing? I don't really know...but I'm thinking close-medium range. I might even try to kill a deer with it. The two major components I haven't decided on are a handguard and sights/optics.

My choice in look is partly based on what I already have.
Here's the gun I shoot 3 gun with which I posted in the "black rifle" thread.

Magpul ACS stock
Magpul MIAD grip
Magpul trigger guard
Geissele Super Semiautomatic trigger
DPMS upper and lower receivers
Badger Gen II latch

I also have the following uppers that will factor into my decision:
20" .223 fluted bull barrel
DPMS .22LR AP4 and 16" bull barrel uppers

These are the parts I know will go into my blackout build.

DPMS stripped lower and LPK
Magpul ACS stock
Geissele Super 3 Gun trigger
Remington ACR trigger guard
Ambi Ergo grip

Optics:
I currently have a set of Daniel Defense fixed sights and Magpul BUIS. I'm considering a small Bushnell red dot as well. A rifle length hand guard with a rail on top will facilitate the DD sights with a longer sight radius while a carbine length hand guard might be ideal for a red dot and the BUIS.

I'm open to suggestions! Let's hear 'em!

For me, an attractive feature is using all of my AR components, except the barrel, and gaining the ability to shoot a .30 cal. bullet up to 125gr that Barnes has developed for this case for hunting. I could also move up to 220 grains subsonic if I decided to add a suppressor. Unlike previous attempts at something similar to this, industry support has flourished. If you look at centerfire ammunition on Midway USA, the 2 most popular ammo types are .300 blk. Many companies are producing barrels and uppers for this ammunition.
