I know it was designed for the AR style rifles but if anybody brings out a bolt gun in it, I will have one. The Ballistics with a 125gr bullet @ 300 are supposedly the same as or close to a .308 with a 150gr bullet @ 300 and thats sayin somethin in such a short cartridge.
 
Seeing as you mentioned it...LOL...

I too I'am interested in it but in an AR 15. What I would like to find out is what all one would need to swap bewtween it an a .223. I assume the Bolt and Barrel or a complete upper seeing as the bolt is larger and if Remington offers such as I kinda like there R-15 version.
 
I think for the .30AR you need a 7.62 Nato lower. I may be wrong. It may snap in to a 5.556 lower. A complete upper would be the best bet rather than a new bolt, bolt carrie group, barrel and assembling and disassembling it all the time.
