30/30 light load?

Anybody have a good light load for the 30/30. I will be taking the nephew out in the deer woods next year and he is a little recoil shy. I was thinking something good out to 50yds but still ethical. I could just load down but thought some of you guys might have a good pet load. Thanks!

Got this from the Hodgdon web site. 125 gr Sierra Hp/Fn, 27.2 gr H4895, 2094 FPS. I have used this load at the range and it's pretty accurate out of my H&R. Have not used it on deer so i don't know how it would do on them. The review for the bullet says it's very good. Try Hodgdon's web site for their other reduced loads.

That fits in with the powder I have on hand. I will look into that one. Thanks!
