Been watching deer from afar, yesturday trying to get dad on a buck, well he came out checking does lip curling at around 500 yards, he followed a doe as she went in the woods. Then she come back out feeding with the others.He walks out feeds around staying 60 or so yards away from them.Not really acting that she was or any of them were in.
Today dad had to work so I went to the west side stand to do some scouting.At 4:30 small doe came out feed a while then turned and faced the woods watching movement then a big doe came out running with 2 nice high racked 8 pters hot on her trail.The first buck was dogging her big time and the other was watching them then as they ran into the woods he followed.
Weather permitting, I going to start hammering a few does to put in the freezer.I'm going to leave this area alone until dad is ready to bust one of them bucks! ;)
