2nd round of fertilizer?

My first ever food plot, (small plot,30yrd circle) I planted 3 weeks ago is doing pretty well. It has come up nicely and I'm getting a few deer on it at least once per day, most days more often. If it weren't for it being watered 3 times per week, no way it could have withstood the heat or the deer traffic. I started it with a 13-13-13...When/what do I apply on the next round of fertilizer? Thanks for the advice!

A mix of chicory, rape, oats, & wheat. I believe I used 80lbs of the 13-13-13. I also put out 120lbs of pulverized lime about a month before I planted. The lime was just broadcast on the surface. It rained a couple of times after the lime application and I water it twice per week.

Most reccomend about 30 days after it comes up.
