Went back to my bean field this evening. Shot a pope and young nanny.... Monster doe..... 25 yds... Great shot placement. Went in and hit opposite shoulder. Tracked her 300 yds... Good foaming blood. Found the arrow about 100 yds from where I shot her. Got to a point we couldn't track her because we didn't have permission to be on that piece of property.... I am sick...
 
Hope you find her, She should have not made it that far with a good shot I wouldn't think. But they will suprise ya sometimes I guess.
 
Are you going to contact the owner in the morning to try and get permission ? Even if you don't find her it would be worth it to be able to track future deer.
 
Plinker was able to get homeowners name from a neighbor. But if posted and no hunting signs are any indication then we are crap outta luck. Suppose to call him tomorrow.
 
I have a HUGE anti hunting neigbor on one of my properties but he has given me permission every time I have asked to retrieve a wounded animal . Even though they don't want you shooting them most of the time they don't want to waste the animal either .
 
We had to call our local agent once to track one across neighbors property. The woman told him that he was trespassing and that she was calling the cops...and she did. Long story short after 4 hours of dealing with her we gained access and recovered my cousins first bow kill 5 pt.
