240gr XTP

Who's shooting them? I've had good luck with them in a 44mag pistol so decided to try them this year in my accura. 100gr 777 and harvester sabot. They grouped well for me at 100. Did not shoot through chrono but shot at 200yds and avg about 15-16" drop. Amy idea what they would drop at say 150yds? Unable to shoot at 150 at the range I go to.

When I shot a 45 knight I used 180 xtp and 155. Probably killed more deer with that bullet than anything else, rifle included.

I killed a deer with 1 last year but I shoot smokeless and push it 2500-2600fps at the muzzle. supposed to be messy up close. sticking with 250g shockwaves to begin with this year

I've killed several with 240 gr. XTP bullets. They work good, I just like to try different things. I use 370 gr. Maxi-Balls now. I just love that big thump.
