Any help with this one is appreciated.
Ive got several reloading manuals that i know go up this high in weight for the 308 but I cant for the life of me find any of them except one and it stops at 200.

Anyway, Ive got most of a box of sierra 220gr flat base RN that ive had for years and figured I would load up a few just for farts and giggles to see how my TC dimension likes them.

I would prefer loads using Varget, Hybrid 100V, H335, H414, or IMR4350 since thats all I have right now but Im open to any powders.

At that weight, it's all about the twist.
Even my Savage 300WM doesn't take too well to shooting 220gr.

I bet the short flat base round nose 220 would shoot ok in a 12 twist
^ a buddy of mine load some Hornadys back years ago on some W748, they shot pretty dern good, as I remember, about 1 inch at 100 yards, but they dropped like an avil after that. His rifle was a M70 but I don't remember the twist.
