2013 Kawasaki mule the trouble

Machine runs great but when I put it in 4x4 it pulls to the right real hard. Does it with and without locker engaged. Any ideas on what steps to take to find the issue? I have insured all 4 tires are spinning and also checked the tire pressure. From what I have read could be a stuck Hub or a more serious issue.

Jack up front and back put it on jack stands where none of the wheels are touching the ground start it up and put it in 4wd see if all the wheels turn.
