My taxidermist called me yesterday and told me to stop in and look at this brute of a buck. As I was told, the buck was killed by a 10 year old kid on the Mississippi juvenile hunt this past weekend down around the Mhoon Landing/Tunica area. My original guesstimate was 230" or so. I was later informed that a certified B&C scorer put his hands on the rack today and his preliminary estimate was 240" after the mandatory 60 day drying period. It would not surprise me if this buck and the fortunate juvenile make the cover of a magazine in the near future.
