1) If i'm planting oats and clover mixed together how many pounds of each per acre for a good stand?

2) I have a lot of biologic brassica that a friend gave me because he was moving away and wouldn't have a use for it. It's been sitting in my garage unopened for 3 maybe 4 years. What's the chance of it still being good and germinating?

Question 1: What type of clover?

Question 2: I'd plant it. I've never planted Brassica that I've had that long but I've planted clover that was over 2 years old and sorghum that was pushing 5 yrs whether anyone believes it or not.
