If we're looking at the same video clip,
seems more likely an older buck.
Very poor videography for seeing much anything about deer or antlers.

If you continue to watch it clears up some. Don't know why the caption didn't copy on to this post . Its on Facebook and they said the buck was only 2 1/2 years old that's why I put the question mark. Looks quite older to me but they say the world record typical was just 3 1/2 years old .

I just couldn't assess much about the deer's age based on the videography.
If this was a 3 1/2 or younger buck, another case of killing off the best young antler stock (high-grading).
I think the Milo Hansen buck was believe to be as young as 3 1/2, possibly.

I just don't believe a deer gains that kinda weight when young
That was raised on a deer farm.
