1340 acres for lease in Wayne co

Posting this in case anyone is interested in managing there own lease. I currently lease from this landowner and he is a good guy to work with. $6 an acre is what he is asking.

Not sure if I agree with this part tho:

"Owner reserves the right to hunt/cull to maintain game population balance as required for proper conservation & wildlife management practices"

Sounds like he is leasing his land out for hunting, but he is still allowed to hunt it too? That is just asking for issues to arise, IMO

He has the same quote on my lease and has never been out there. Basically if there is a coyote problem he wants to be able to take care of it. He doesnt even hunt.
