we had beta mags in iraq. they seem hard on the mag retension hardware. 100 rounds at a time seems hard on barrels too, but for a zombie attacks they would work till i could get to my 240B.

How good did they hold up in all that banging around in the dirt, like running from door to door, falling to the ground, in the dirt, sand, etc? It's one thing to use them on a firing range but something else under combat.
true they are too heavy and bulky for running around. if u were doing supressive fire for an assualt element then thye would be good but really that is why we have crew served weapons
I would like to have one just to have,,I was under the impression that the ones the guy had on GOC were real Beta Mags,,now I see why they are less than half price..
I have 2 Beta C mags. I love them. I use them more than the regular mags. It's so much easier when you are at the range too. You don't have a long mag hanging down and you don't have to reload often.
