1 Acre ?

I have a 1 acre field on my place that is not a good food plot candidate because it is bordered on the north and east by another property.Was thinking of planting pines to create cover and a little money in the future,and a row of fruit trees on the south side.Figure by the time the fruit trees start making fruit the pines will be tall enough to hide them.What do yall think?

field is full of fescue and orchard grass ,spray first?

Yup., but wait until the grass is growing.

Spray this fall and plant in winter.
