Ok i forgot to put in some stabilizer so had to take off the carb and clean it out. Now i cant get the dang thing to run smooth for nothing. I didnt mess with adjustment screws at all! Dang gas wont last for nothing now. I have to leave the choke on atleast halfway to get it to run basically at all. Suggestions saturday coming up soon so shop out of question since it takes them two weeks holding it just to get it in.

It's almost impossiable to completely clean out the carb after gas has hardened up in it,without a shaker cleaner like the shops have. I never could get mine cleaned out right and had to take it to the shop. They ran it in the cleaner or whatever that thing is overnight and it was better then ever.

I have never had any luck cleaning a carb and getting it to run right after gas has gone bad without totally disassembling it and cleaning it and putting it back together. Those small air and fuel passages inside the carb usually have gummed up and with obstructions, either it idles badly or will idle well and not run under acceleration. If you take it apart, remember how many turns you had to take to unscrew the idle and mixture needles and make sure you screw them back in the same number of turns.

What he said. I've never used it but have several friends who have a swear by it. Supposedly it might smoke like a champ until it burns it all out but it works.

I have the same problem, I beleive it is the ethanol in the gas.

Take the carb to the shop and have them put it in their super duper carb machine. Only takes an hour or so to get all the goo out of it. Take it home and put it back on the bike. Problem solved.
