I did buy it new, nothing missing. It is the P3-1400 hitch. And Sunday afternoon would work best for me.

Well, the -1400 is perfect for my need, and I would meet your $1500 price.

The timing may not work out though.
I looked at my schedule, and I would probably not be able to get to Murfreesboro until after 9:00 pm Sunday evening.
Monday middle of day would be much better for me.
If not, I would probably need to make a separate trip down on a day that works for you. It is a long way to come!
