River line

I set a small line yesterday on the river after work ,and this is what was waiting today.

What part of the state are you in? I haven't seen a muskrat in middle or west Tennessee in many years. I used to trap them when I was going to school, they were plentiful back then.

I'm in middle , there is a farm in Pelham I trap that's was full of them . I normally don't trap for them unless they become a problem but catch them in beaver sets frequently. Back went rats was bringing good money i caught 36 out of that swamp and left plenty of seed In there I could have easily hit 50 with not even trying . There is another farm in cannon I trap that I pick up normally 10 to 15 when I set it .

You're not on the Cumberland are you? I want to keep my squirrel dog clear of those conibears.
