Yessir. I saw my first strutter late February on a cold sunny morning. Seen a few more since.

Look to the very right of the pic. Date and time are correct. I don't know when they first start showing off but they're for sure cranking up.
Been strutting since late January just like every year

Saw two strutters in GSMNP up high Sunday. They had about 20 hens as well

Saw the flock on this perfect crisp morning. Gobblers and even jakes strutting together and the gobs were letting them fly!
Me too, but it's been very rare over my 30 years in the woods.

I saw them strutting in January....
I don't look for when they're strutting, I look for when the winter flocks start breaking up, which usually starts right about now every year.

Saw a big strutter tending his harem yesterday in the Murfreesboro.. He was in the same spot for at least an hour. No other birds just he and his ladies.
