What the heck??

Interesting photo. No idea what that is. Too low to be the moon, and it's a waning crescent moon phase right now, not a full moon. Any guesses?

Very possible, I suppose. Perhaps a firefly (lightening bug) 'lit up' at the very moment the shutter opened up.

Yeppie I agree have gotton some on mine from time to time. What I figured it was.
