Pretty nice 3 year old

Passed this buck all last year and plan to again. He doesn't stray far from home so hopefully the neighbors won't shoot him.

Nice buck! What is he eating? Looks like rice bran or something with a very fine texture.

Very nice to get years of photos of a particular buck. And very cool how some are such homebodies and most are such wild roamers. Nice pics.

I bought a couple 40 lb bags of the Big&J stuff to see how it worked. One of my main salt licks is in that spot so I dumped it there. He came off the hill, stuck his nose in the air and went straight to it. I can watch that area from the barn.

I don't know if you call them split but they both have kickers or something of the sort. This picture shows them a little better.
