Looking to put a dock on a lot I own. Just curious why they are so expensive. Couple of floats, some wood and an aluminum roof shouldn't cost $16k!

You can find used ones on Craigslist. I went to Alabama and got a used one. Cut it in half with a torch and loaded it up.
