    When is the hunt over?

    Ive bumped many on the roost. If still mostly dark, l get still, call softly, very little, calm them down. Now, if they are on the ground, gobbler bust me, let him go. Do not call. I give him an hour, circle way ahead of him before l reset.

    Other things can steal the love of hobbies, the outdoors. Past events in a persons life can rob them of things that they once lived for. Its sad, but happens. Its called depression

    To become a good turkey hunter, learn turkey behavior. Phases they are in during the spring. Learn about hens, what they are doing during breeding, nesting cycles. Gobblers as well. Lots to learn.
