Changing my design a little. Looking forward to see how they work.
 
A modified version of it. I need someone with a farm down around savanah TN/ pickwick area to let me come look for some horse creek chert after deer season. Id love to work some of that colorful stuff!

You should go find an "authentic " point and kill one with it. That would be bad ass
nearly all that i find have tip broken off. those i make, i have not gotten good enough at knapping to get them as thin as i want. i might be splitting hairs , many i find are not much thinner than the ones i knap. most of the really nice ones i see have been made via the "flake over grinding" method using tools i don't have...

Yea. Flake over grinding makes it much easier.
