Quadruplets?

What are the odds of a doe having them? I keep waiting for another mama to pop up but she hasn't. Maybe she's just out of camera range. I figured the statistics are really low for a doe to have 4 fawns.

I have never seen more than twins myself. But I guess it might be possible to have 4. Smarter folks than me might have an answer. That would really up the population quickly.

Seen triplets here on a few occasions, but never seen quadruplets. She had to have everything going right, good nutrition and low stress.

I saw 4 with a Doe about 10 years ago. I wasn't sure if they were all her's or if maybe she was sitting.

I've had three on my farm before

I've seen 3 at times on the same property. But never 4. Like said, it's possible but there may have been another doe around somewhere.

I have as well hunting Hiwasee Refuge with a bow once . Had a shot on her but just couldn't bring myself to do it with all those fawns. Fawns just kept staying around me . Coming out I seen one dude with a fawn carring it over his shoulder ...oh well.

I had one last year with quads, it was the first and only time I've seen it. I regularly have triplets at my place.

Possible. A doe adopting the fawns of another doe is also possible.
