Used my new rapala r12 cordless fillet knife for the first time. This thing is awsome, one of the best knifes I have ever used.I didn't try the factory blades though,I used some American angler saltwater blades.Been using the saltwater blades for yrs, they are awsome.

i have a lithium cordless knife- im still learning. i usually take 4 regular filet knifes that are sharp and rotate them when i am burning through a cooler of fish

Not sure how you can review something like this using blades from another brand? If I could catch enough to need a electric knife I do like the looks of it. Reckon I will wait till they open gill net season 🤣

No complaints on the bubba lithium cordless
I have one also. After ten minutes my hand is hurting. My small hand and angle to trip trigger and it is bigger at grip than the at least 25 other brands and models I've tried for last 40 years. I had the electric bubba for years and it wasn't a problem. Bought lithium and haven't liked it.

Probably sell bubba and look at other options.

Try a different set of blades and it might help.Buddy has a bubba and uses Mr twister blades and he said it does pretty good.Rapala is still better though from the reviews. Most of the crappie guides in miss. use the rapala, that's how I made my decision on the rapala.

My son bought an American Angler Pro Titanium and loved it so I bought one too. Haven't tried mine out yet.

Bought one when they first came out using the supplied blades. Going from the American Angler corded version it is hands down better in my opinion!!
My angler would get so HOT especially filleting catfish. I actually burnt one up!
I do have a set of finese blades (really thin) that work better for crappie and bream.

You ever use the blue american angler, they are awsome.

Blades cut fine, the huge grip and angle of trigger what hurts my hand.

Bubba blade needs a big hand not to get uncomfortable after a few fish. Luckily I got big paws….

I have a Bubba blade V 1.0 that needs batteries and likely a charger I will give someone if they want it.

I finally got to use mine this weekend 46 stripe on 1 charge. I couldn't tell that it was getting weaker either.
