As title, What to do with coons once catch? Where to dispose of? Or do you skin? Help, thank you
How?They make good cat bait as well.
Like how do you set the coon as baitThey make good cat bait as well.
You smoke crack with their peckerget their pecker if its a male. good bone. old timers used them as snuff spoons.
Oh no, I got a really good crack pipe...I've laid a lot of pipe with it.You smoke crack with their pecker
To each his own man
How does he cook em , please send his recipe if ya canI just discard. I do have a buddy that eats them. If he's at our place, I just give them to him. He swears by them. Not for me!
What do you mean by "when they cover it up?"I wire them to the bottom of a tree or post and when they cover it up set trap about a foot out.
Not pointing a finger, and not that I haven't killed coons that I didn't keep to eat. Why isn't this wanton waste?I do the same thing with a coon as I do with anything else I catch. I teach em to fly….right straight off the bluff. Buzzards, possums and worms gotta eat too
Nothing ever goes to waste. Something will eat it Might just be flys but something will eat it. Also they're varmints. Wanton Waste has nothing to do with Varmints. Predators and Varmints get chunked right straight off the bluff around my placeNot pointing a finger, and not that I haven't killed coons that I didn't keep to eat. Why isn't this wanton waste?
The cat will usually not always try to cover the coo n with leaves/grass sticks (etc) whatever's handy. I will usually check every day or two till I get tired of fooling with it then move on.What do you mean by "when they cover it up?"
How long you leave the coo n out?
The only wanton waste law in TN is in regards to migratory birds. Not pointing a finger, and not that I haven't killed coons that I didn't keep to eat. Why isn't this wanton waste?
I am still confused, so lay the coon near the trap, and then what? cover it? don't cover it? help, I would like to try this methodThe cat will usually not always try to cover the coo n with leaves/grass sticks (etc) whatever's handy.
