I've seen a solid white hen twice this year but didn't have a camera. Well just a few minutes ago they were out back and I had the camera. This is the first one I've ever seen. I'd love to shoot her and do a full body mount.

That is not correct. All wild turkey are regulated the same. White hen have natural colored poults.
