Last week October or first week of November depending on weather/ temp. in Missouri.
1st week of November can be pretty sweet in IL depending on how you hit the weather.
I would have loved to before all the hoops, not worth the struggle to me, im not technically inclined enough to even get an area

If I was in East TN, it'd be KY, hands down. Middle or West TN, it'd be KY or MO. I'd want a place I could drive to and maximize a weekend scouting trip.

There are some good deer in size and numbers in southern Ohio also.
It was, but it has been 4 seasons since I have hunted up there. They had a quota on the number of NR licenses sold, but, after some serious price increases they never sold out that quota. You purchased OTC and if/when the quota was reached they stopped selling the tags.

Week of Halloween in Illinois had been pretty wild the last 2 years.
