The trout are migrating inshore and the reds are on the bite and coming into the marsh…..

Friday hit the fish hard on plastics and mud minnows in the boat and this evening whacked some really nice reds in less than a foot of water in the marsh on flies.

And if you're into adventure my buddy here gigged up some flounder in the mud flats the other night

Those are some jumbo flounder!

I'm super excited to get back to the saltwater this year. I'll be in Charleston in June and will be chasing redfish and then in St. Thomas in October chasing blue marlin and maybe an early sailfish. I'll also have my buddy's skiff to catch some bonefish and maybe a stray poon.
