Hickman county we are seeing nubs on just about every deer we have pics of. Biggest one I've seen is about 2-3" of growth. You could tell the brows starting to split. The ones I really like to see are the big, thick bases. The ones that don't have nubs are does fixing to drop fawns.

I had some very bumpy heads a few weeks ago. Several had knobs over an inch high. That was 2 weeks ago in Sequatchie county.

just nubs now...i typically can tell what the frame on a deer will look like by the beginning of June or so but total rack development wont be distinguishable until the beginning of July IMO

Only nubs. My shed hunting this year has been very unproductive except for great exercise. I've found one small old one. I've mowed 20 acres and still haven't seen anything .

He is definitely ahead of the curve
He'll be on somebody's hit list in a couple years. He lives in a place where some YouTube hunters like to have "camera malfunctions" while they recover deer across property lines.
