Louisville has one of the highest crime rates in America. 1 out of every 133 people is a victim of a violent crime there. Illegals in NY beat cops and get a slap on the wrist but this guy gets charged with a felony. With crime rates like they are I doubt they are this tough on other crimes and criminals. I wonder what level he reads at. 3rd grade? What a dumbass. I know there's a minimum age to join tndeer, but obviously it's time to have a minimum IQ and no one can be grandfathered in. Blackbeard could set the minimum IQ at 25 and the only member we'd lose is Pillsbury Dipshit.
