I have been 15 yards from a 6x6 but I saw him coming and was facing him and I was still uncomortable...Them thangs are big...

real cool.

I have a friend who bow hunts Elk in Arizona,and he has had bulls come in fast and hard at him during the rut thinking a bull is in his territory.
Scary encounters. He stopped bow hunting the rut like this now.

had that happen this year while Mule Deer hunting. Dang mule deer stepped on my quiver on the ground. I could feel its breath.... Talk about a rush
