In my opinion, that is even MORE important than the financial backing of a big bank account for most types of trips, because a group of people in unison with research can always execute a plan on their own without outside help. I could get into great shape and get ready for a DIY hunt, but the folks I normally hunt with would be unable to go with me due to physical limitations (and they are not very motivated). That's why I've started planning the "drop big bucks on a hunt" approach, and just plan on going less often. That's the irony I have been discovering - a part of what you pay for is the ability to go without depending on your own friends/acquaintances for help...Hah!</p></blockquote><p></p>
