Couple of funky looking rifles I was up against in UL
How did they perform? Those strange chassis rifles?

S Mason was on one and came in 2nd. He was UL shooter of year last year K Norcutt was on the other.

Yeah but they're mostly aluminum I think. Kieth said his weighed about 80 pounds I didn't ask Scot what his weighed

They still gotta read the conditions and know where to hold and when to shoot and when not to shoot
These guns are not shooting. If anything they sound be in a class by themselves. I would be embarrassed if I won with one of these against regular rifles.

Unlimited class is just that. If you can carry to the bench it's good to go.

That's why our .22 LR match designation is for no 1 piece rests. Bipod or front bag and a rear bag only. You can have $1200-$1500 front coaxial rests even but they have to be separate from the rear rest. It keeps the shooter in the mix more I think. But unlimited is just that, unlimited, and you're liable to see almost anything on the bench.

State matches come with bonus points for SSOY for top three places. The Nationals the top 5 get bonus points.
Oh and yes, excellent shooting against those guys Eric! That's a hard row to hoe!
