So my gf were out of town the past two weeks and one of her friends was watching our dog and house sitting for us. We left her a note to set the wild turkey breasts from a turkey I had gotten this past spring in the fridge 2 days ago. Well we get home and discovered she left them on the counter for 2 days... This is the first and only turkey ive ever harvested and was really excited to have it for Thanksgiving. So my question is, with the turkey breasts being vacuum sealed, is there any potential that I can cook the bacteria growth and toxins out of it and still eat it?
