I rarely come to this site but thought I would take the time to post a link of my favorites that I have collected over the years. I dont have time to go much any these days. The four large ones in each corner is a cache of Bentons.

Thanks for the answer. I bet you were tore up finding a cache like that. For us folks that look for flint, that's like finding a buried treasure. The only other cache I've seen is the Duck River Cache at the McClung museum on UT's campus in Knoxville. Awesome stuff, but what you have is different. The color of the flint really makes it unique. I have found a lot of red and pink flint on our place, but yet to find a whole point. Thanks for sharing. Don't blame ya for not selling, have to be life changing kind of money for me to part with those points.

Those bentons are all various grades of Horse Creek Chert, and... it is found mainly in the midwest, but frequently found in TN in its raw unquarried form.
