Just curious if anyone has planted Buckbeans and how well they performed? Tecomate says they can be a perinial in the south and wonder how well they came back the next year?

Well I guess I'll give them a try this year and see how well they perform. I used Tecomate Monster Mix this past year and it performed very well in my perinial plot.

Here's a link to info on the Buckbeans.

I planted them in years past,.. just to try. I wasn't impressed,.. and they will not last over a year here. Mostly perenial in the deep south. I much prefer imperial powerplant,.. i like a mix instead of a single planting.
