Been ramping up practice with season right around the corner. My 5yo has been right beside me shooting his $20 Walmart recurve. He loves it so much, bit the bullet and got him an upgrade that he can actually "aim". To make it just like dad's he got a youth release, a d-loop, and a peep sight.

Ol son is gonna be hooked. My oldest turned 16 on the 25th and it started the same at 5yrs old and now he has won his way through all the adult amateur classes in ASA pro/am's and will be competing next year in the men's open pro division.

Dang I need to cross the river to Birchwood and get some lessons from your boy. That's a great accomplishment for such a young man. Whenever they decide to build that bridge from north Soddy to Birchwood area🤣
